Question:
Im trying to install your wiring harness 118265 on a 2013 4WD Pilot. Interior installation was fine. But there is no gray connector underneath vehicle under/near rear bumper on drivers side. From videos, I know where its supposed to be, it just isnt there. I do see a gray connector farther back but it does not have a dummy plug but is instead already wired into something else. Any ideas?

Your 2013 Honda Pilot should have the grey connector under the bumper on the driver side. We have not seen a pilot here at our shop that did not have the grey plug for the trailer wiring. Factory tow package or not, it should still be there. I do recommend taking a look at this other grey connector that you mentioned, to see if it matches the plug in the # 118265 kit that you have. I suppose it is possible that they connector has been moved, or used previously.
It is possible that there are certain Honda Pilot models that do not have the factory connector. It may be worthwhile to call Honda with your VIN and see what they say.
