No, it will not but I have one that does. For your 2023 Ram 2500 with a diesel engine you will want the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch item # EH37FR. This front mount hitch is custom fit and is compatible with both the diesel and gas engine models.
The Draw-Tite item # DT36MR does not fit the diesel models just the gas ones.
