We do have a couple options for you, but the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT36MR will not fit your 2021 Ram 2500 with the diesel engine.
We also have the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH37FR for your Ram. This installation will involve a little more difficulty as it will sit higher on the fascia of your bumper. This will be your best option if you are concerned about ground clearance. This receiver is rated for 1000lbs of tongue weight, 3,500lbs trailer weight and is capable of a 10,000lb line pull.
