Do they make a extension for blueox tow bar I want to move my vehicle a litter Further back from coach, and if not why?

There are extenders available, like part # BX88264, to give you a bit more clearance between the motorhome and towed vehicle. You'll just want to keep in mind that extenders do reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50% and that this specific extender is only for use when flat towing, and not for hauling cargo carriers/bike racks/etc. or towing a trailer.
