On the klauber A-300 LC157511, what happens if you dont wire up or use the 2 smaller black wires?

The two smaller black wires on the Replacement Motor Assembly for Lippert RV Slide-Outs - Klauber A-300 Model # LC157511 are for the motor brake release and engage. Without connecting them the motor will not properly function. One wire will need to be spliced with the red wire for power and the other wire can be spliced together with the larger black wire for ground. I highlighted this portion of the wiring diagram so you can see what I'm talking about.
