Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Lippert Replacement Gear Motor Assembly. This is going to replace the power gear, Gear Motor Assembly for your Lippert Components Slide-Out. So if you are having some problems with your slide-out, this is going to be a great option to help get that gear motor assembly replaced, so you can enjoy the extra room that slide-out provides. Now, if you're not familiar, Lippert does provide a lot of components to RV manufacturers, so it's a very good chance that they are the original manufacturer of your slide-out components.
So it's nice that they provide these aftermarket products so that you can get a direct replacement for your original pieces. The one thing that I wish that I could provide a list for you of the motor homes that this is going to work for so that you just say, "Oh, I've got that model. This will work for me." Unfortunately, we don't have that information available just yet.We are working on making that available for you so that it makes the process easier for you. So in the meantime, the best I can do is to show you the product. This does have the green, blue, yellow, and orange wire conductors there.
The plugin place, it's got the red and black wire connector there. And then probably the most important way of distinguishing if this is going to work for you or not, there are a couple of numbers on here. So up on this silver sticker up at the top here, you probably can't see it very well, but that does say this is part number 1510000047. So if your original gear motor assembly has that part number on there, or several different places, you can see that 385966. So if you see either one of those numbers on your original, this should be the replacement that you need and that'll get it up and operational again, again so you can enjoy having that slide-out work properly.

I've bought item from retailer before and as always their service was great. The part I purchased fit well and works fine.
The only issue is this came with a pin in the shaft hole that I needed to remove and the pin was extremely difficult to remove. Probably came from the manufacturer that way so not retailer's fault.

I'm a tech doing mobile repairs in the San Diego area. I do alot of driving, sometimes just to locate parts, & I need the right parts. So I had a power gear slideout gear box coming apart & couldn't find this particular model number anywhere.
I called the coach manufacturer,lippert, klauber gears. Nobody could get me the correct part! Then I searched etrailer.com & there it was, the exact motor & gear assembly. A few days later it was in my hands.
