No, the Hellwig Helper springs like the part # HE62FR that you referenced do not affect the unloaded ride height.

I spoke with my contact at Timbren who said that the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System #TGMRYT4 has an overall height of 4-15/16" (including the bracket).
