Parts Needed to Install Curt CrossWing on 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 With Prep Package

Hello, I just have a question in regards to 5th wheel hitch for my 24 chevy silverado 2500hd. So my truck came with factory 5th wheel prep puck system, I am new to 5th wheels all together. I really like the curt crosswing hitch. So just to clarify, I would need 60639 Curt Gooseneck Ball and Safety Chain Anchors kit and the curt crosswing gooseneck to 5th wheel adapter C32DR? And I should be good to go? Correct? Thank you for any feedback.

What you said is correct. Since you have the factory prep package, the only other thing you will need to use the CrossWing # C32DR is the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit # C38CR (60639).
Safety chains are not required for the 5th wheel hitch so technically the safety chain hookups aren't necessary. If you think you might tow a gooseneck trailer and want to have them just in case go ahead and get the kit. If not, you can get the Curt Pop-In Ball # C60627 separately to save a little money.
