Finding Brake Controller Install Connector on 2024 Subaru Outback Wagon

Question:
The instructions for 56040 wiring kit are out dated for the 2024 Outback, and I believe even as far back as 2022. The instructions say the factory connector is located on the driver side rear fender well but the connector is actually located near the right rear area close to the spare tire. With the help of the 2023 Outback installation video, I was able to find it, but started out looking in the area of the printed instructions. Hope this helps others. Thank you,
