I do have a solution, but the # 306-X7904 won't work with dually models since there is a larger front mounted auxiliary cooler that interferes with installation. This means there are no custom fit front hitches for your 2023 F-350.

The only option would be to have a hitch fabricated for your specific model. You can take the Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver for Custom Fabricated Hitches # E17 to a local fabricator and have them fashion a front hitch that will fit your truck.
