I have installed this hitch on my 2022 F350 and have had no issues. There's a lot of wiring in the bumper so I didn't remove it entirely, I just removed it enough to make space to install the hitch. Like any project for do-it-your-self, it all depends on on your mechanical inclination and understanding instructions. I have towed a 400 lb sport motor cycle 1200 miles. Just make sure you have some kind of clearance for air flow and a solution for headlights if blocked.

@DavidK - I have a 2022 F450 Super Duty Chassis Cab Lariat with a 9.5-ft flat bed that I use for my Eagle Cap 1200 truck camper. I installed the EcoHitch Front Hitch # EH83GR without any issues - I simply followed the instructions and youtube video. Like you, my original plan was to use the front 2-inch receiver for attaching my two Adventure e-bikes via a QuikrStuff bike-rack (with ramp). However, I discovered the e-bikes partially block my front head lights which I didn't like. My solution for this was to acquire a long 2-inch hitch extension and place the e-bikes at the rear of my truck camper. Now, the 2-inch front receiver didn't go to waste or unused - I then bought a spare 19.5 inch rim spare tire carrier from etrailer (Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount with 2" Receiver Opening - 2" Hitches RM-195225) which I use to carry my spare tire since my flat bed doesn't accommodate a spare mounted beneath it.
