Will this towing mirror work on my 2023 Toyota Highlander?

For your 2023 Toyota Highlander you would need to go with a universal style of tow mirror like the K-Source part # KS3990 which we have test fit on similar Highlanders and found the fit and worked great (see install video link). There are no custom fit tow mirrors made for your vehicle.
