As long as your actuator is rated for 1,600 psi you'll be able to use 2 sets of the Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD87FR, yes.
You should be able to confirm this by checking for the rating on your actuator itself. It will either be stamped into it or there will be a sticker showing the rating.
If your trailer is currently equipped with disc brakes then it will be rated for these disc brakes, but if you have drum brakes I'll need some photos of your actuator so we can get you a replacement that works with disc brakes.
