No, the Derale # D13403 is not considered a low pressure transmission cooler. All Derale Coolers are rated at 250 PSI and 300 PSI burst strength. The only Low pressure coolers I have heard of are the Tru-Cool brand and unfortunately we do not carry them here at etrailer.
