Can I replace bearings with different brands or do I have to use the same brand of 25580 for my trailer?

You can absolutely use a different brand of bearing, like the 25580 Timken Replacement Trailer Wheel Bearing # TMK44FR, for your trailer. Just make sure the bearing numbers match and you're good to go!
