Question:

I have a 2018 Keystone Montana High Country HM385BR and the left front lift has been acting pretty unreliable. It struggles under load and a couple of times it has refused to turn on. I had to manually lift it once using a rachet, and I can tell you I dont want to have to do that again. I did take it fully apart a couple months ago and lubed it. I could not see anything wrong with it. Right now, the motor is running just fine and it is raising and lowering the trailer, BUT I dont trust it. I think it is time to bite the bullet and replace it. This morning I drove over to the RV and tried to find a Lippert part number. All I could find was the serial number. I think it is this LC305340. Is there any way for you to confirm? BTW, Id love to have you talk me out of ping $500 if there is some alternative! :-

Thank you for the picture of your jack motor as that makes it very easy to identify it. You are correct the part # LC305340 is the correct jack motor and leg but if you instead wanted just the motor you would want the part # LC343758 and you'd be set.

For replacement options there aren't any other options that would work.
