I checked the parts list for the Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC358590 (4-Point Set) or # LC675817 (6-Point Set) and the jack tube by itself is not available as a replacement part.

Due to that if you need a replacement leg you will need to get the entire assembly, which will depend on your system and the leg you need.

For the lead leg:

- Replacement Lead Leg for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC305340, which can be used for either the right or the left leg.

For the rear left legs:

- Replacement Left Rear Leg for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC305339; this requires Snapper Pin # LC225598 to attach footpad to leg.

- Replacement Left Rear Leg for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 6 Point Leveling System # LC342610 (which measures 2 inches shorter than the aforementioned LC305339)

For the rear right legs:

- Replacement Right Rear Leg for Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System # LC344792; this requires Snapper Pin # LC225598 to attach footpad to leg.

- Replacement Right Rear Leg for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 6 Point Leveling System # LC428493 (which measures 2 inches shorter than the aforementioned LC344792)

@Kyles S Hi ! I got the passenger side front leg going out faster than the left one. I can tell cause I’’m starting at groung for both, and than the + degres is getting way faster (ex. +7 degres) When I hitch, I get the main reset braker trip a lot of time (put a 80amp instead of 25 already). How can I tell if it’s internal bended parts or gears inside the left motor or even programmation.. I wanna order the good part! Also I got the ground control 3.0 without the fonction of ´grounding front legs’ when I unhitch. Is it possible to do an update? Year 18-19 Torque 371 Is it also possible to make it work with the app? Didn’t find the wifi module inside.. Is the ground 3.0 suppose to be ok with a large 5th wheel as mine. Honnestly it’s a pain to hitch/ auto level. Maybe because of the wrong front leg, I got good brand new lithium batteries but getting the out of stroke error quite often. Than I can’t do the auto level because going all way down mean I won’t be able to put it back to high position.. thanks !

@OliverC I am sorry you are having issues with your Lippert 3.0. Since you noticed that one leg is going faster than the other, that usually means the slow jack has something going on internally, like a bent leg, jammed gears, or a tired motor. When a jack struggles like that, it pulls more power trying to keep up. You also said you were tripping the main reset breaker and swapped it out for an 80-amp one instead of the original 25-amp. I wouldn't do that. The original breaker is designed to trip when something's wrong (like a motor pulling too much power). Putting in an 80-amp breaker disables that safety feature. Now, instead of cutting power when things go wrong, your wires and motor could overheat, melt, or even catch fire. So yes, the breaker trips a lot, but that’s because it’s doing its job. If it trips, it means something’s wrong that needs fixing, not bypassing. To figure out the real issue, you could try running the left and right front jacks separately and listen closely. If one sounds louder, grinds, or hesitates, that’s likely the bad one. You can also swap the motors from left to right. If the slow behavior moves with the motor, it's the motor that needs replacing. If not, it’s probably the jack leg itself that's bent or binding and needs replacing. Now, about the “ground front legs” feature, your version of Ground Control 3.0 doesn't have that function. And you can't just upgrade the control board to get it. The whole system (including the control module, wiring harness, touchpad, and jacks) has to be matched. Newer features like “ground front legs” or app control come on newer trailers that are built with updated modules and hardware from the start. As for the app control (like Lippert OneControl), it sounds like your system doesn’t have the WiFi/Bluetooth module installed, which is why you can’t find it. Even if you buy the module, your current controller may not support it. Again, you'd be looking at a full system upgrade to make that work, not just one plug-in piece. After you listen and inspect the slower leg, please let me know what you hear or find.

@KateF So to confirm, sometimes for the slow jack, I have to make it move down first to ´activate ´ cause it seems stock, than when it has move a little bit down I can make it go up (until the braker trip) To confirm I would have to replace the slower jack assembly (motor and jack legs) thank it would solve my problem since it is a motor or s bended leg.. Thank you Kate !

@OlivierC Yes, from what you’re describing, it really sounds like the slow jack leg has something wrong inside. If you have to make it go down a little first just to “wake it up” or get it moving, and then it trips the breaker when going up, that usually means it’s sticking or binding. This could be because the leg is bent or something is worn or damaged inside the gears or screw. Just make sure you inspect it closely. My pleasure Olivier! If you want to shoot me over any model or serial numbers off of your 3.0 I am happy to confirm the part number.
