I recommend using the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL39DQ on your 2023 Nissan Frontier 4x4. These springs allow you to adjust the air pressure in the springs to give your suspension the support it needs to reduce sag. When you are not hauling you can lower the pressure down to maintain your factory ride quality.
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ will allow you to control the air pressure in each air spring on the fly. You can make adjustments using your smart phone with the Air Lift App. It also has a smart manifold which will monitor the air pressure and makes adjustments when the pressure changes by more than 3psi.
