I bought a patriot 18k manual slide used. It came with the hitch and rails. What frame brackets do I need for a 1995 ford f250?

I actually recommend going with the Demco Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552005-71 instead of B&W.

Mainly because B&W doesn't offer just the frame brackets separately, so you'd have to buy the whole kit # BWRVR3200, and it's not custom to your vehicle so you'd do a lot of drilling into your frame.

Whereas the Demco # DM8552005-71 is a custom kit that will cut your installation time down significantly due to much less drilling, and will work just fine with your B&W Patriot.
