It sounds like you might be looking for an adapter that converts your gooseneck connection to a 5th wheel connection. If thats the case, I recommend the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550046.
This adapter will convert a recessed gooseneck hitch to a 5th wheel hitch, and has a maximum towing capacity of 21,000-lbs.
This hitch does require that the top of the gooseneck ball must be 13/16" or closer to the top of the truck bed for the hitch to install.
