Installing fifth wheel rails doesn’t have to take all day. This kit uses custom-fit brackets designed to line up with existing holes in the frame, so you won’t spend time marking and drilling new ones. That means a cleaner, quicker setup with less measuring and fewer chances to hit obstacles along the frame. The kit includes sturdy black powder coated steel brackets, base rails, and all necessary hardware for mounting.
These above-bed rails give you the freedom to use the hitch you already own or upgrade later without worrying about compatibility. The industry standard mounting points work with Demco Premier Series hitches as well as models from B&W, Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, and Valley. It’s a solid foundation that lets you hook up confidently no matter which brand of fifth wheel hitch you prefer.
Built from heavy-duty, black powder coated steel, the rails and brackets resist corrosion and handle the demands of regular towing. The finish holds up to weather and road debris so your setup keeps looking good and working strong over time. With this kit’s robust design, you get dependable performance every time you tow.

have not installed yet but look good
My brackets were on back order for a few weeks and the day after I put my order in I had received a phone call asking me if I would want to change get my order or keep it. I kept it because I wasnt in a rush and the whole team let me know any information that came in. Delivered on time as estimated ...great customer service.. thanks for everything!
Great kit for my 1997 F250 7.3. Was easy and straight forward to install. Huge thanks to Demco for already supplying a solution for sneaking the rear bolts through the frame! The rear bolts are almost impossible to get in by hand, so Demco supplied a length of wire that the bolts are threaded into, then the wire is run through the newly drilled bolt hole and the bolt is easily pulled through.
The product was not as pictured. I had expected the rails to include the frame brackets but it didn't. After receiving the rails the manual explicitly states that brackets are to be purchased separate. Guess I should have called to verify.
The installation instructions of the base rails were vague at best. There was a reference to a template that was not included, and each package of the hitch said nearly the same information. The beneath bed brackets would lead one to believe that they were shaped to avoid obstructions on the frame, this was not the case and in two occasions the bracket had to be trimmed in order to avoid a rivet and have the bracket lay flat on the frame. The bolts for the frame were grade 5 , however the carriage bolts had no grade marking. At no point in the instructions was it mentioned to remove the tires for the drilling, not a big deal normally, but I was away from my shop and it added another layer that I didn't come prepared for.
