The Demco # DM8550046 you looked at is designed for a flatbed with a recessed ball. However, you can use the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045. This is compatible with any truck that has a standard gooseneck hitch, including your F-350. It works with gooseneck balls up to 5" tall and has a gross towing weight of 21,000 lbs.
