Looking for a hub to fit at 5 on4.5 pattern with inside bearing 1.25 and outside bearing .75. The seal is 1.6875 inside diameter and spindle is hub is 3.5 inches deep.

We do have a trailer idler hub assembly that uses inner bearing LM67048 (1.25" inner diameter) and outer bearing LM11949 (0.75" inner diameter). The hub is from Dexter, and is the following part number:

What you have is super rare so we don't have any other options that would fit.
