Question:
can I know the total height of the unit? I need the to face upwards but I also have a tailgate that I dont want to hit it.

Hey Jeffrey! the overall height of the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM68BQ is 11-1/4". The distance from the hitch pin hole to the top receiver hitch pin hole is 8-1/4". I attached a picture the full dimensions below.
