Question:
I am in need of a 2000lb trailer axle. My current axkebent spindle has a tag on the axle that reads 70.5 inch hub face, 59 inch spring centers. It is a underslung axle, springs mount on underside if axle. The spring mounts are 21 inches center to center. Is this a common or available axle?

Expert Reply:
This is not a common axle size. The Axle # e32GR is going to be our closest to your current axle. This axle has a 72" hub face with spring center of 58". You may be able to use this axle if you have the clearance for your tires to be moved out 3/4" on each side of your trailer. The current spring seats can be cut off and 2 new Seats # TRSS175 can be welded on at the 59" spring center you have. A U-Bolt Kit # CE23000 will allow you to attach this axle to your current leaf springs.
