I have an Eagle Cap P/U Camper/Cab over Model 850L, it has an 8 foot floor. Overall length is 17 3. Will this cover be adequate for complete coverage?

The 8 - 10 foot measurement quoted in the product description is for the floor of the camper. Your camper is 17 feet 3 inches or 207 inches in overall length, which would make the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover, part # 290-12264 a great choice.
