Recommended Hidden Hitch for a 2021 Lexus RX350

Question:

2021 Lexus RX 350 non F-Sport: Does the hidden receiver part need to be bolted/unbolted at each use? Or is there some sort of quick release for the receiver? Also, is it just a matter of bending the heat shield a little to avoid contact with the hitch receiver piece? Thanks for your help!

The receiver on the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT58GR has a locking knob that you turn to disconnect it from the rest of the hitch. I have linked a picture below that'll demonstrate it. This hitch is confirmed to fit the 2021 Lexus RX350 non F-Sport model.

As far as bending the heat shield goes that just affects the main crosstube portion of the hitch where it bolts to your Lexus. That won't be in the way of the receiver.
