Have 2023 RX 350. Says no drilling, this mean uses existing holes?

Absolutely correct; no drilling into the frame of your 2023 Lexus RX 350 is required, and you will use the existing frame holes to install the Draw-Tite hitch that fits, which is the following part number:

- Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT73QR

If you take a look at the cut out of the instructions of the # DT73QR I added, you can see the holes where the hitch will install. This is about as easy a hitch install as there is, because all you do is remove those rubber plugs from the frame holes bolt it in and you're done.

I also wanted to add that if you plan on doing some towing with your RX 350 and need a 4-way wiring harness, the correct part is the Wiring Harness with Installation Kit # 119250KIT.
