I have an option for you, but no, the # 8880519 will not work on the shank of your Yakima bike rack that you sent me a picture of.
The only option for you is a reducer that installs in your 2" trailer hitch receiver like the # HT02, and then will allow your 1-1/4" shank to install into it.
Keep in mind this reducer will reduce the capacity of your hitch by 50%, so you need to make sure that you wouldn't be overloading your hitch by using this.
