Why Is My Excel Tankless Water Heater Not Heating?

Question:

I have an excel tankles water heater and it sudlty quit heating. The heater turns on and the buner lights but wont heat the watwr. Help Thanks

There could be many reasons why your Excel RV Tankless Water Heater # EX93FR suddenly stopped heating but I can give you some things to check first before moving onto further troubleshooting.

The first thing I would make sure is that nothing is plugging your intake or vents. If there is debris or any other type of blockage inside this area, that could be a reason why your water heater is not working correctly.

The next thing I would check if this area is clear is the power source. Check to make sure that the 2 D-cell batteries are still in good shape.

If these are all good as well, then you might have some deeper rooted issues that will need addressing. Feel free to come back at this stage and we'd be happy to take care of you.
