I will be installing this on my 2007 Tundra. Can you recommend the best way to cut off the existing jounce bumper ?

If you have a sawz-all that would be the easiest. But otherwise a hand saw would make quick work of the bump stop of your 2007 Toyota Tundra to install the Firestone kit part # F2445 that you referenced.
