Looking for 5 bolt 1 1/4 inch inner by 3/4 out wheel hub for a shorelander trailer

The only trailer hub with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, and inner bearing with a 1.250" inner diameter (bearing LM67048) and outer bearing with a 0.750" inner diameter (bearing LM11949) is the following from Dexter:
- Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # DX22XR
The # DX22XR comes with the bearings, races, grease seal, cap, and lug nuts so you don't have to purchase those separately.
