Yes, it does. The Curt Hitch item # C46DR is custom fit and bolts to the 2023 Nissan Pathfinder with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper cover. This not only looks better but it also helps with ground clearance because the only part exposed is the 2" receiver.

The Curt Hitch item # C46DR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. I have linked an installation video below along with a couple of pictures so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534. I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
