Team Can this Curt Power ride C48BR 5th wheel trailer hitch work with for a 40foot gooseneck flatbed trailer with a king pin coupler adapter? Any thoughts or considerations for this set up?

If I were you, I would change the connection point on the trailer back over to the gooseneck ball but if you have something like the Ram Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter part # KPG5-R30IP then yes, you can use this with the Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package part # C48BR.
If you can give me details of the coupler on the trailer, I'd be glad to see if we have an option to convert you back to gooseneck.
