Question:

Hello, I have a 1995 Ranger Trail trailer with a Shelby Ind model 5759 jack. My frame is 1 3/4” x 4”. What is the best option to replace the jack and I would like to replace the tongue too. It has a 2” ball receiver. Thanks for your help

I do have options for you but we don't offer any direct or even like replacement options for the Shelby 5759 Jack. This was an odd design and the manufacturer (Shelby) has been out of business for quite some time. That said, so long as you are willing to replace the coupler as well which it sounds like you are then we should be able to get you back up and running in no time. I recommend the Demco A-Frame Trailer Coupler part # DM14793-81 to replace the coupler and then the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack part # TJA-5000T-B. The Demco coupler has an easy latch system which is super simple to use and it bolts on so there's no welding.
