The only replacement part we have available for the original Blue Ox Patriot (BRK2012) is the Replacement Brake Claw # BRK2512. Unfortunately, this system was discontinued in 2017 and there are no other replacement parts available any longer. You may be able to find a replacement on the second hand market, but that will entail a lot of searching and patience.
The best option we have is to upgrade to the newest iteration of Patriot, the # BLU37TR. This is quite a bit more compact than the one you currently have, but it is definitely on the expensive side. However, it is still one of the best portable braking units on the market, in my opinion.
Sorry I don't have better news for you.
