Thank you for providing that information. Since you have a 6,000 lb axle we can narrow down the parts. However, you will still need to identify your grease seal. Unfortunately, the serial number won't help in this case since Axis Products, Inc. was sold in 2015 so no information is available.
For brakes you can use the # AKEBRK-7-SA if you need electric brakes or the # AKFBBRK-7 for hydraulic brakes. For the hub/drum assembly we have a few options based on the grease seal inner diameter as well as your bolt pattern. More than likely your grease seal ID is 2.250" but it is possible it is 2.125" so you will need to verify this first. You can choose from the following:
-Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K (2.25" Grease Seal ID)
-Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre Greased # 8-201-9UC3-EZ (2.125" Grease Seal ID)
-Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 8 on 6-1/2 # 42866UC3-EZ (2.25" Grease Seal ID)
-Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 8 on 6-1/2 # 8-219-4UC3 (2.125" Grease Seal ID)
