How do you test an automatic breaker to see if it bad and needs to be replaced

To test if the circuit breaker # PK54-120 is functioning you would just set your multimeter # PT89ZR to DC and test that you're getting power on both terminals. If you're getting no volts or less than 12 volts then you'll need to replace it.
