Yes, it does. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 24978 is confirmed to fit the 2023 Jetta GLI. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your VW with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper. This leaves only the 1-1/4" receiver showing which not only looks better but helps with ground clearance.
