Question:

I am looking at a 2023 chevy silverado with a 2.7, although it is rated to pull over eightthousand pounds I believe it will have problems stopping it without breaks which i was told it doesnt come with. So do you have a electronic break controller that will work with this vehicle ,motor combination?

It sounds like you mean the 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 you're looking at doesn't come with a brake controller. You can add a brake controller to any vehicle as long as it has a 7-way installed. What I recommend for this truck is the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR.

This is a reliable brake controller that won't take up space in the cab, and has a factory look with only the knob mounted in the dash. If you have the factory port under the dash you can install the brake controller using the # 331-TPH-017 along with the # 3064-P. If you do not have the plug under the dash it will be a hardwire installation using the # RED69FR.
