Question:

My trailer has lithium batteries inside the trailer. Can I locate the booster inside the trailer. I do not want to drill into the water proof body of the trailer. I assume the booster will then reach in the monitor in the truck

Installing the signal booster of the TireMinder i10 TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster # TM56FR inside of the trailer will most likely block the signal and limit its ability. That being said, you can test it out by just hooking the signal booster up to the battery without mounting it first and try driving around to see if the signal booster is effective.

If not, then you will need to mount the booster on the exterior and drill into the underbelly of the trailer to get to the batteries. I would cut the clamp ends off of the signal boost (make sure to mark the wires positive or negative with some painter's tape) to keep the hole small and then fill in the hole with some non-sag sealant # 344270341437-1 or some RTV gasket maker.
