hi i wannna buy the item 337ph30 but i like to knoe witch hitch mount will be comparable with this item so i can get it too

Although we do offer the mounting kit # 3378530, there are no specific plates we carry capable of handling the same capacity as the # 337PH30. The only option would be the Buyers Products Weld-On Pintle Hitch Plate # 3371809027A. However, this would require custom fabrication to be compatible with the pintle hook. It would also take additional reinforcement to be able to handle the same weight as the hook.
It does not have a specific weight rating, but similar custom-fit Buyers hitch plates are only rated for 20,000 lbs. If you choose to go this route, I recommend taking it to a shop that has experience with this type of work to have it fabricated and strengthened to fit your application.
