Correct Stealth Hitch for 2021 BMW X5 M50i

The more I read the more I am confused. I have a 2021 X5 M50i. The words M Packageinch is a marketing term used by some dealers and may have different meanings. If you look up the VIN, there is a BMW order code [S715] with associated BMW AG description M Aerodynamics Package. I have [S715]. On one question you responded that M Sport package code is SH22MR and SH64MR, but on another question you responded with SH89VR. If I search for my vehicle I get the following for Excluding M Sport Package or M Performance Modelsinch as well as models with M Sport Packageinch thus I conclude these models works on both? SH25VR SH89VR Then there are models that are for M Sport Package only: SH22MR SH64MR So can I assume that all 4 these models fit [S715] M Aerodynamics Package?

The correct hitch for your 2021 BMW X5 M50i is the # SH89VR. If you want the towing kit included then you need the # SH25VR. The others will not fit. They are designed for the true M version, like the M Competition.
The # SH25VR is the same hitch as the # SH89VR it just includes the wiring and receiver required if you want to tow a trailer. If you don't plan on towing now but decide to in the future you can always add the towing kit separately later with the # SH58VR
