Very satisfied how my new roof rack sits on my Selltos kia. Is it okay to go through a car wash. Im guessing yes but just double checking

Thank you for your purchase of the Thule roof rack (parts listed below) for your 2022 Kia Seltos, and I'm glad to hear you're happy with it!

If the car wash is a manual one where the power washer is being operated by hand then you can leave the roof rack on. You'll need to remove the rack for an automatic car wash though because the machines might not recognize the rack and they will make contact and damage it.

It would be much easier to leave the rack installed, but I always like to operate under the "it's better to be safe than sorry" mindset when it comes to this kind of stuff.
