Will this work in a Yakima Double Down Ace 4 bike rack? Ive tried other Yakima locks and they seemed to be engineered a bit differently. Wondering if the Double Down is too old.

Yes, the Replacement SKS Lock Core # Y8771-A143 is compatible with your Yakima Double Down Ace 4 bike rack. You can see on our Replacement Tongue Assembly # 8890340 for your rack it includes a SKS Control Key # Y8007835 which allows you to insert your lock from your current rack when you are replacing the tongue assembly.
