Is There Size Difference Trailer Tire Sizes 245/70R17.5 and 235/75R17.5

Question:
I recently bought a low pro step deck trailer with 245/70 R 17.5 tires. Are there any changes necessary if I switch to 235/75 R 17.5 tires and would the switch affect my trailer tire clearance or deck height?

The tire size difference between what you have now of 245/70R17.5 and the 235/75R17.5 is small enough that you wouldn't have any noticeable difference if you were to go to that size like with the Provider 235/75R17.5 part # P35175. Its essentially just a little bit narrower.
