How to Remove and Stow the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack

Question:
Thule Easyfold XT. I can not move the hitch arm up so I can roll the unit and store it.

Expert Reply:
That's unusual, in order to stow the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202 you'd have to:
-Loosen the lockable knob,
-Pull the pin out,
&
-Push the small lever on the bottom of the rack and rotate the rack toward your Rogue to give you a bit of leverage and then you can use the grab handles on top to pull it out of the car.
From here, all you'd need to do is fold the shank portion into the rack and you're good to go.
You can see this being demonstrated starting at 4:27 on the attached video, however if you're still having issues feel free to come back and we can continue to troubleshoot.
