which base plate and wiring kit do i need for a 2020 equinox. i have a roadmaster falcon tow bar. i want to use lights on tow vehicle

There are two options for a wiring harness for your 2020 Chevy Equinox depending on what model you have. If you have LED tail lights you will want the Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights item # RM38FR. If your Equinox has incandescent tail lights you'll need item # RM26FR.

The best base plate kit that is compatible with the Falcon tow bar item # RM-522 is going to be the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-523193-5. This base plate is custom fit and has removable arms. With the arms removed the front end of your Equinox will look as close to factory as possible.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
