The Saddle Quick Release # TH04106 for Thule cargo boxes is 6" long, 1-1/16" wide and 3/8" tall. The long slot is 3-3/8" long while the short slot is 2" long. Both slots are 9/32" wide with the smaller slot having a hole which is 11/16" in diameter. I have included an image below with some of these measurements as well.

I need a 75mm carriage bolt for my Thule box to fit on my roof rack. What is the width of the shank slot on this part? Will either TH915-0675-11 or TH10403 work with this saddle?
