will the Q24 work with a roto-flex pinbox if I use a lockout kit

If you locked out the rotating portion of the Rota-Flex pin box you could use the Curt Q24 # C16245 with it. Or if you wanted to keep using that feature of the pin box you could go with the A25 hitch part # C16180 which is a redesigned version of the Q24 that will work with the RotaFlex.
